Project Manager

As prooject manager you are key in planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects throughout the organisation, ensuring that these projects meet set requirments, are on time and within budget. This will be accomplished through detailed and comprehensive project plans, realistic and transparent timelines, clear expectations among project team members and regular updates towards internal stakeholders. Working in Business Area Duni you will have internal stakeholders and project members from the full chain of the company. You will work very close to manufacturing where most of the product development for our inhouse produced goods takes place.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure that team members understand the expectations and allocate tasks among project specific team members and lead team to execute on objectives.
  • Proactively understand and surface risks or dependencies in the projects.
  • Execute projects according to plans through monitoring of project progress and performance and secure project completion and handover. Full ownership from brief through execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and other marketing functions, quality, supply chain and operations.

Who are you?

To fit in the role, we believe that you are a strategic, analytical and collaborative person who are driven by getting things done. You have great leadership skills and ability to motivate others and ensure that project related tasks get done in time and with efficiency.  As a person you are a team player, you seek and encourage collaboration with others and prioritize team goals over individual goals.

We believe you have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience and as a minimum, you have a BA or BSc degree within business, science or marketing. Prior experience of project leader or product development is a plus, as is experience of working in an international environment. Technical skills are also a meritorious for this role, you have a high Microsoft Office proficiency and if you have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, it’s even better. In this role communication is one of the keys to success – as you will be working in an international environment, fluency in both written and spoken English is a must whereas Swedish proficiency is considered as a merit.
