Marketing Content Specialist - Copy focus

At Duni Group, our central marketing team in Business Area Dining Solutions is looking for a creative and talented Marketing Content Specialist who has a passion for content creation – with copy as an expertise. Our collaboration partners and stakeholders in the organization are many and it is therefore crucial for a person in this role to be able to work cross-functionally with colleagues all over Duni’s international context. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative and engaging content to our internal and external target groups and drive our brands and concepts in the desired direction.

The role

In the role as Marketing Content Specialist, you plan and create the best marketing material for both internal and external use to secure strong brand presence in the market. In order to do so, you will work closely with various functions throughout Duni’s international organization. You will also need to be self-motivated, take initiatives and ownership of the content creation. Moreover, you will both organize, plan, and execute on the content productions according to the business area’s marketing strategy and agenda.  

You are expected to drive and coordinate the content production for product launches, sales material, concepts, campaigns for both digital & offline channels – with digital as the primary focus. Key for making success in this role will be your ability to build a strong stakeholder network in the organization and to manage multiple content projects.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create, curate, deliver and manage high-quality marketing content and central marketing material in line with brand guidelines across all global communication channels, such as website, social media accounts, catalogues, etc. 
  • Leverage and implement our brand strategy & brand book
  • Support local marketing teams in marketing content creation and execution
  • Research, analyze, and recommend strategies for creating content that is engaging and effective  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, local marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure all content meets the desired objectives  
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify opportunities for improvement  
  • Build and maintain an organized database of the BA’s marketing content assets

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or other related fields 
  • Minimum 5 years work experience from the marketing field 
  • Capability to work both independently and together with a team and manage multiple projects 
  • Excellent writing skills and creative composition of content 
  • An ability to take initiative, test ideas and think outside the box 
  • Insights and knowledge about marketing trends and tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SmartEdit, Photoshop, AI tools
  • SEO-competence
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
  • A pragmatic and prestigeless mindset
